Pleasant, clean, well-located

Junior Suite was very nice, not huge but big enough. Partial view of the mountains. Breakfast was ver nice, the quiche was delicious. Only a few minutes walk from the main square. Very friendly, helpful receptionist

The stairs are very steep, particularly the one to the top of the house (2nd floor). One coffee pod each per day was a bit mean considering the price we paid.

Very pleasant stay in charming town - would recommend.

Central location in Soller, we did not have breakfast included but was an option if requested day before. Room was spacious and comfortable. Narrow stairs and no lift however staff delivered bags to rooms.

Very narrow roads to access by car but also part of the charm. We were in a medium SUV, any bigger and we would have been in trouble.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot and lovely staff.

Perfect location near main square and the famous trams. Lovely original building. The staff were fantastic - Nicole helped us get parked (which is a challenge there by the way!) and actually came with us to the nearby car park to get us sorted. Very grateful!

We wouldn’t recommend any but the bravest to drive into the centre. The streets are very narrow and hard to negotiate - without help from Nicole on reception who came with us to their car park in the end I don’t know what we would have done ! If you drive in I suggest you ring the hotel to discuss.

Loved my stay and experience in sóller!

Beautiful rooms and scenery, comfortable beds, wonderful service, great location close to the city center, clean and spacious bathrooms

Difficult to access the hotel via car, but they were very helpful to navigate us to the parking garage which is 15 euro per day

Very comfortable room Only a short walk to town centre and rail station.

Staff very happy to answer any questions on the town or transport questions.

Steep steeps to rooms at the top of the building. Difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Lovely spot to base yourself on trip to Soller

Ambience, style of property, location close to the main square, size of room. There is also a lovely outside courtyard and terra e that can be used by guests. My balcony from my room was only a Juliet one so couldn’t be used to sit out.

My room, which was lovely, with lots of space, unfortunately had a strong smell coming from the en-suite bathroom drains. It wasn’t too noticeable when I arrived but grew steadily over the days I was there (even with daily cleaning) and actually woke me up during the night on the last evening.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is immaculate and nicely furnished. Our room was very comfortable and well air conditioned, and the terrace had a nice view of the mountains. The hotel is a short walk to the main square and the tram down to the port.

The only thing to be aware of at the hotel are the steep staircases. The driving in Sóller in general is difficult due to the narrow, often one-way streets. The hotel has underground parking a short walk away but we were able to find parking on the street.

Charming hotel close to the centre with very helpful and friendly staff

Great location for exploring Sóller. Close to restaurants, shops, train station and tram. The room was on the top floor. Very well presented, very quiet despite being in the centre. Lovely terrace with sun loungers over looking the courtyard. Well stocked with everything including a bag with beach towels.

We never had breakfast at the hotel as it had to be booked the day before, however there is plenty of choice nearby.

Cute tiny hotel, not for you if you have difficulty climbing stairs with bags.

Loved that the hotel was an easy walk to the town center, bus and train stops.

Hated having to take our luggage 2 very tiny flights of stairs up. Tough getting around the last corner. Also, 6:00am on our last day the fire alarm went off. We as did most guest tan out in our pajamas. There was no one we could get ahold of! Nothing! A guest finally found how to turn the alarm off. The hotel attendant arrived around 8am. Unacceptable.

Very Good

Great location, simple rooms but perfect if not planning to spend time at your hotel. Breakfast was also great and very generous servings.

The parking was a bit deceitful, there was no guaranteed parking so we had to park very far away. But it worked out okay.
